Hotel was located in the business district of Osaka so a bit outside the main visitor sights, but the hotel is right next to a subway station so it's really easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores for food and snacks nearby. Check-in was fast and efficient and my room was a decent size with all the necessary amenities; there was also an amenity bar at the lobby where you could pick up anything you needed. I liked that there was a proper desk and office chair so I could use my laptop. The hotel had laundry facilities which worked well and you could check the status on the TV. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good place to stay if you're visiting Osaka and exploring the area and you just need a base to rest and sleep.

We don't speak English or Japanese, but the staff did their best to make us comfortable!! The breakfasts are wonderful! Someone writes that they have a bias towards Japanese cuisine and this is bad, but that's what we really liked!! Our acquaintance with this wonderful country and people began with breakfast at the hotel!! The Japanese are unrealistic hard workers and do their best for the comfort of both their citizens and tourists!! I fell in love with this country and people!! We received a lot of positive emotions and warm attitude from the Japanese towards us!!!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.
